What currency does your site use?
We use United Arab Emirates dirham (AED). But don't worry, our site has a handy currency converter to show your rate. All final purchases will be converted to AED.

When will my order ship?
For domestic/GCC orders, please allow up to 4 working days. For international orders, it may take up to 7 working days 🌍. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours for updates to appear. 

What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, email us at hello@ministryofeelings.com ASAP. Be sure to include your order number and we’ll do our best to cancel before it ships. If it’s already on its way, cancellations won’t be possible.

What if my package is lost?
Lost package? 💔 Email us at hello@ministryofeelings.com, we’ll file a claim and sort it out quickly! Note: we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery, especially if signed for. 

I missed the delivery. How do I get my order re-shipped?
If you missed the delivery window, please contact the shipping provider via the tracking in your confirmation email.

 I received a damaged item.
Oh no! 😔 If an item arrives damaged, email us immediately at hello@ministryofeelings.com with your order and item details. Depending on stock, a replacement might not always be available.
