We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

  • For UAE orders, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days 🇦🇪.
  • For international orders, it may take 4–10 business days 🌍.
    We aim to process and ship your order within 1–2 business days after receiving it, so you won’t have to wait too long to enjoy your purchase!

 

Returns 💌

At Ministry of Feelings, your happiness is our priority. We want your shopping experience with us to be smooth and delightful. If you have any questions about an item before ordering, feel free to email us at hello@ministryofeelings.com—we’re here to help!

We accept returns on most items* (except sale items). Here’s how it works:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition (including tags, plastic wrap, and gift boxes).
  • Include the original invoice and any free gifts that came with the purchase 🎁.
  • Returns need to reach us within 7 days of delivery (as per tracking records). After 7 days, sales are final.
  • Returns cost AED25 as we need to cover shipping costs.

Please Note:

  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll issue Ministry of Feelings store credit, which is valid for one year.

If your return is due to an incorrect or damaged item:

  • You can request a full refund or an exchange for the same item (if available).
  • Please email us at hello@ministryofeelings.com within 2 days of delivery, including:
    • Photos of the damage 📸.
    • A scanned copy of the packing slip or invoice.

If we don’t need the damaged item returned, we’ll let you know. For items damaged after one use (and not caused by misuse), we’ll issue store credit equal to the purchase price.

 

How to Return an Item 📦

  1. Send us an email at hello@ministryofeelings.com explaining that you’d like to return an item.
  2. Wait for our reply with the return shipping address.
  3. Wrap your item securely to avoid damage during transit. Be sure to include:
    • The original invoice.
    • Tags (unaltered) and any gift bags.

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

 

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Ministry of Feelings, and store credit is our primary form of compensation 💳.
  • All sale items are final and non-returnable.
